EPR is a legal policy intended at encouraging and promoting the reuse and recycling of electronic and polymer waste in industrial countries. An EPR permit is necessary for all producers, bulk consumers, manufacturers, and electrical and electronic equipment waste collection centres. All consumer products, including televisions, refrigerators, and other appliances, are subject to these rules. All of them were put in place to successfully handle e-waste so that the garbage might be utilised.EPR systems were developed to replace informal systems with official ones and provide a regulated environment, and they will continue to grow in the following decades.
