As plastic has physical and chemical properties that lead to huge commercial use and success, we can use Plastic in multiple ways. The unpredictable disposal of plastic has, however, become a significant environmental threat. In particular, plastic conveying bags are the main contributors to littered waste and, every year, a large number of plastic bags end up in the atmosphere like in the soil, rivers, water bodies, etc it takes an average of one thousand years to decompose completely. Extended producer responsibility or EPR Authorisation (Plastic Waste) has the primary aim to boost the amount and degree of product recovery and to minimize the environmental impact of waste materials while focusing on the end-of-use treatment of consumer products. To achieve its primary goals, EPR Authorisation (Plastic Waste) legislation is a driving force behind the adoption of remanufacturing initiatives.
